Use of the PilotTrack iOS application is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless separate terms are provided in the future.

PilotTrack is an organizational aid only. It does not replace official records, aviation regulations, company procedures, medical advice or operational decision-making.
Any Go / No Go, Restricted Go, day/night or similar indicator in PilotTrack is informational and depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by the user. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical or operational clearance.
You remain responsible for verifying your status against all applicable official documents, regulations, approved systems and organizational requirements before conducting any aviation activity.
Subscriptions
PilotTrack may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are subject to Apple's App Store terms and the settings of the user's Apple ID account.
